Arrest in Bedford County Murder

A Hagerstown man was arrested and charged with criminal homicide and arson after a body was found in a burned-out car near Hyndman Thursday.  The victim has been identified as James Edward Dineen, Jr., of Bedford County.  The vehicle was found along Tiger Valley Road off Route 96.  Jonta St. Clair Bishop, 18, was charged with criminal homicide, arson, aggravated assault, and abuse of a corpse.  He was jailed without bond.  The victim died of a gunshot wound to the head.  Also jailed were Nicholas Forbes, 19, and Kimberlee Forbes, 45, both of Buffalo Mills.  They were also charged with arson and abuse of a corpse.  The arrests were made 33 hours after the investigation began.
