Catholic Charities wants to house up to 50 of the children who have entered the U.S. illegally from Central America at a facility for special needs children.
Wade Kach is a state lawmaker, who is running for Baltimore County Council, and has sent a letter to Archbishop William Lori objecting to the plan.
