Maryland State Police and other local agencies were searching for a suspect who is said to have robbed the CVS pharmacy on National Highway in LaVale at around 8 PM Saturday evening. Apparently, no weapon was displayed during the incident. The suspect is described as a white male with dark hair, about 6 feet tall and in his 50s and was wearing yellow sunglasses at the time of the robbery. He was last seen on foot heading east on U.S. Route 40. Anyone with information should contact MSP at 301-729-2101.
