The Dapper Dan organization will present three awards to members of the community during its annual dinner to be held Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Ali Ghan Shrine Club. The Henrietta Schwarzenbach Civic Service Award will go to Becky Millar, coordinator of the Allegany County Summer Lunch Box Program. The Farmer Northcraft Memorial Award for Unsung Hero will recognize Dr. Raul Felipa, Bishop Walsh School assistant coach and youth league organizer. The Earl Nonnenmann Dapper Dan Lifetime Achievement Award will honor Jim Cunningham, Dapper Dan Executive Board member and past president. WCBC will broadcast the ceremony Sunday at 12 noon.
