Garage Fire on Pennsylvania Avenue Considered Arson

The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office says a Tuesday afternoon fire at a detatched garage located at 41 Pennsylvania Avenue is being investigated at an arson.  The blaze was discovered by the owner of the property and quickly extiguished.
