Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie came together to raise money for Christie's presidential campaign in Annapolis on Thursday. The two governors have been close since Hogan's election victory. Christie supported Hogan's campaign. After the election, Christie has appeared at events with Hogan, even receiving his endorsement for his presidential campaign. Christie is an underdog in a crowded GOP field dominated by Donald Trump. Christie wears a "Hogan Strong'" bracelet in support of the governor's fight with Stage 3 non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and Hogan talks often of his phone calls or text messages with the New Jersey governor.
