On Saturday April 25, 2015, Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Susan Silvious age 52 and Ashley Silvious age 27 both of Cumberland. On Saturday April 18, 2015, Cumberland City Police responded to a residence on Lafayette Avenue for a reported Theft. Investigation into this matter revealed that the victim invited Susan and Ashley Silvous into her residence. While inside the victim’s home, a sum of the victim’s currency was allegedly taken. When Susan and Ashley Silvious left the residence, the victim noticed that her money was missing and called the police. Both suspects were served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.
