On September 4, 2015 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 534 Valley Street for a domestic disturbance. Upon the officers arrival they could hear yelling coming from inside the residence. Officers were able to make contact with a male subject at the front door. During an investigation into the matter, officers were advised by the male subject that he was the victim of an assault. Officers observed the male victim to have scratches on his face and chest. Officers were advised by the victim that he was involved in an argument with Allysan Rachel-Isaac McDaniel. During the argument McDaniel grabbed the male victim by his hair and pulled him to the floor. McDaniel was placed under arrest at the scene and transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing. McDaniel was processed, served and taken before the District Court Commissioner. McDaniel was held in the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
