Charges: Neglect of Minor, Contribute to condition of Child

 

Joseph Ashley Rotruck                  Age: 53                     Forester Ave., Cumberland, MD.

Charges: Litter dumping under 100 lbs., Disorderly Conduct

 

All four subjects were served with their summons and released pending trial in District Court.
