Potomac Highlands Airport Authority Looking To Meet With Commissioners

The Potomac Highlands Airport Authority has experienced a myriad of problems and some controversy this year with issues ranging from which state is considered by the FAA to be the actual home of the airport, to whether or not the annual auto race should be held. Those issues, and others, led to a decision by Allegany County Commissioner Creade Brodie Jr. to step down from chair of the authority in June. With Allegany County as one of those governments providing funding for the airport, Brodie says the newly restructured authority board would like to meet with the commissioners later this summer…
