Maryland Transportation Secretary Pete Rahn told the Maryland Association of Counties this week that Governor Larry Hogan fully supports the return of Highway User Funds to county governments. Rahn says the eight year phase in at 2.5 percent a year is built in to the Capital Transportation Program, and that would bring the program back to what had been a 70/30 split of funds.
