On Saturday, at approximately 1:30 PM, the Cumberland City Police Department responded to a business on Queen City Drive for a shoplifting complaint.
Officers spoke to an employee and learned Kimberly Ann Troutman had concealed store merchandise in her purse.
Troutman was arrested and issued a criminal citation. Troutman was released on the citation pending trial in District Court.

Charge – Theft Less Than $100.00
