The 2015 Hooley Plunge is set for Saturday March 7th at Rocky Gap State Park. The annual fundraising campaign benefits the Allegany County Special Olympics and other local programs for the developmentally disabled. Hooley Plunge founder, Dr. Sean McCagh told the Cumberland Rotary Club this week that while it’s an event the entire community can participate in- the area schools provide the major boost each year.
