On 08/29/15 Cumberland Police Officers served an arrest warrant on Bruce Baker. The warrant stemmed from a citizen complaint. The victim stated the suspect began yelling at him and then later hit the victim on the side of the head. The victim was seen at the Western Maryland Health System for his injuries. The victim then filed charges at District Court. Baker was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County District Court Commissioner’s Office. He was released on his own personal recognizance pending his next court hearing.
