On Friday, Cumberland City Police responded to 527 Columbia Avenue for a destruction of property complaint. When officers arrived at the residence it was advised that a fight had occurred over a noise dispute. After locating a suspect it was determined the complainant had assaulted the suspect. Officers were able to observe minor injuries placed Shannon Jenenne Dehaven, 32, under arrest. She was charged with one count of 2nd degree assault and later released on a $3,000 unsecured bond.
