Our goal continues to be making our streets safer through the reduction of open arrest warrants. The Maryland Criminal Intelligence Network (MCIN) Operation continues to seek citizen help in locating and apprehending individuals on open arrest warrants.

This MCIN Initiative resulted in the arrest of twenty-seven (27) individuals on active arrest warrants, with a total of thirty-three (33) arrest warrants being served

This was another successful operation conducted with Officers from the Cumberland City Police Department and Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff’s Department, together with the warrant fugitive officers, who combined their resources to reduce the number of active arrest warrants in Allegany County.
