3 Arrested In Klondike Incident

On May 3, 2018 at approximately 8:00 A.M. deputies of the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office responded to a Klondike Road address in reference to several subjects on the property who had threatened the resident with a knife. An off-duty deputy was the first to arrive and make contact with the subjects involved.

As other deputies arrived on scene they were able to determine that two female subjects along with a male subject had went to the residence in an attempt to obtain money and property from the resident.

According to the victim, the three subjects knocked on the door and demanded property that supposedly belonged to one of the female subjects. When the victim failed to produce the property and closed the door, the subjects continued to knock on the door. The victim re-opened the door to find a female subject holding a knife in her hand in an aggressive manner, demanding the property.

The victim retreated back inside the residence and contacted 911 to report the incident. Once the on-scene investigation was completed the following subjects were taken into custody.

Tischinna Rashawn Brown Age 38 Frostburg, Maryland

Nicole Elizabeth King Age 24 Frostburg, Maryland

Shane Ray Sarver Age 38 Frostburg, Maryland

Tischicca Brown was charged with the following crimes in reference to the incident.  Attempted Robbery  Attempted First Degree Assault  Second Degree Assault  Wear/Carry Deadly Weapon with Intent to Injure  Trespassing

Nicole King and Shane Sarver were charged with the following crimes in reference to the incident.  Conspiracy to Commit Robbery  Trespassing

All three subjects were being held at the Allegany County Detention Center to await hearings before the District Court Commissioner.
