Cumberland Police Friday arrested Rogelio Herrera Hernandez for possession of Marijuana. A patrol officer contacted Hernandez in the area of the Fairfield Inn after observing him acting in a suspicious manner near the wooded area. A consent search was conducted which revealed a small amount of Marijuana in his back pants pocket. Hernandez was placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. Hernandez was charged with possession of less than ten grams of Marijuana on a criminal citation and released pending trail at District Court at a later date.
