A light agenda and a 15 minute meeting is scheduled this week for the Cumberland Mayor and City Council. In addition to finalizing a number of previous discussed ordinances dealing with tax credits and repealing a concealed weapons law- the city also agreed to a first reading to transfer $1.5 million in CDA bond money earmarked for wastewater treatment improvements to be used by the street improvements fund. City Administrator Jeff Rhodes says the action basically rectifies an earlier error.
