I-68 is now reopened, according to emergency management as of 1:30 PM. The driver was injured when the vehicle overturned on Interstate 68 westbound near the 45-mile marker. The accident occurred just after noon and the driver was reportedly thrown from the truck. He was transported to the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center for treatment. The scene was cleared by about 1:30 p.m.
Allegany County Emergency Management is reporting a tractor trailer overturned with one person ejected from the vehicle on Interstate 68 West at the 45 mile marker. Emergency units are on the scene.
