In a call to the Dave Norman Prorgram this morning, Commissioner Bill Valentine reported that Allegany County will be getting high paying jobs via an international biotech firm executive who plans to move her headquarters to the area. Valentine would not specify the company or executive, but did confirm that the headquarters would be located in the ABC Industrial Park and that with the move, an additional business will be formed partnering with Frostburg State University.
Valentine also added more news for the county with more high-paying jobs in the form of a international bio-tech firm, as well as a commitment from a high-tech manufacturing company after a firm commitment from a executive during an impromtu meeting in Ocean City this week.
