ACPS Inviting Local Vendors to Participate in 3rd Annual Employee Health Fair

Allegany County Public Schools is once again inviting local vendors to participate in the 3rd Annual Employee Health and Vendor Fair scheduled for Friday, November 3, 2017, from 1-4 p.m. at Cash Valley Elementary School.  The goal of this event, which is sponsored and hosted by Cigna, is to encourage ACPS employees and their families to increase awareness about their health and to promote positive behaviors.

               Ideal participating vendors will offer a fun, interactive approach to wellness.  Providing informational materials or displays, activities, presentations, giveaways, prizes and more are various ways to accomplish this.  Interested vendors looking for the opportunity to participate on November 3rd are asked to email the following information to mia.cross@acpsmd.org:

 

·         Company name

·         Address

·         Contact name

·         Phone and email

·         Services to be provided

·         Needs from ACPS (i.e. table, chairs, electric, wifi, etc.)

·          

               All approved vendors will be selected and notified by October 23, 2017.  Although preference will be given to Cigna in-network providers, Cigna participation is not a requirement for inclusion in the ACPS Employee Health Fair.
