ACPS to offer more students meals starting Monday

March 19th, 2020 by WCBC Radio

The Allegany County Public Schools' Food Service Department will be offering three meals per day for students, which will include breakfast, lunch, and a snack, beginning on Monday, March 23, 2020. All meals will continue to be available at all 21 school locations from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. All three meals may be picked up at the same time. As has been the policy this week, meals may be picked up by parents/students at any of the schools (even if they are not enrolled in that school) during the scheduled pick-up times.

If the government needs to feed the get of useless parents three times a day, they should just take the children into care and insure the parents have no more.

What is your problem Bob? The free and reduced meals program has been in place for 74 years. The Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (79 P.L. 396, 60 Stat. 230) is a 1946 United States federal law that created the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) to provide low-cost or free school lunch meals to qualified students through subsidies to schools.
