On 9/9/15, Deputies from the Allegany County Sheriff's Office responded to Parole and Probation took William Glen Bickling (33 years old, Cumberland) into custody on an outstanding Arrest Warrant charging him with 1st, 3rd and 4th degree burglary as well as theft over $1,000 and under $10,000
Following an initial appearance in front of a District Court Commissioner, Bickling was ordered held on $10,000. He was then transferred to the custody of the Allegany County Detention Center until his next court appearance.
The Arrest Warrant was applied for and issued following an investigation by the Cumberland City Police on 9/6/15.
