Aerial search for missing W.Va. teen’s vehicle

The Cumberland Times News reports authorities searched by air Thursday for the vehicle a Petersburg woman was last seen driving when she disappeared last week. Cassie Lynn Vosburg, 18, was driving a silver 2005 Toyota Prius with license number 4HS954 when she left Potomac State College with an intended destination of Maysville on Feb. 11, according to West Virginia State Police. She was reported missing Feb. 15. The aerial search by Maryland State Police medevac Trooper 5 spanned from the Keyser college, where she is a student, to Petersburg, according to West Virginia State Police Sgt. S.B. Huffman. Vosburg is described as a white female, 5 feet 3 and120 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. She has several tattoos, including the word "believe" with a heart located on he left wrist, the words "stay strong" with a feather located below her left collarbone and the phrase "dream as if you'll live forever, live as if you'll die today" located above her waist on the right side. "It's not like her to just vanish without contacting anyone," said C.J. Dolly, Vosburg's sister-in-law.
