Cumberland City Police and officers from the Allegany County Sheriff's Department responded to a report of a stabbing. Police and fire units responded. Both the suspect and victim were on the scene when police arrived. A city police unit responding to the scene was involved in a collision at Queen City Drive and North Centre Street.
