    Mark Shartiger is upset because the windmills will loom over the areas he mentioned. They will loom, loom. They will affect the neighborhoods he mentioned. The affect they will have is that they can be seen.
    Windmills are almost everywhere these days.
    Travel to western states, there are wind farms with dozens, or hundreds.
    Travel to western Europe, they are everywhere.
    I can see them from my house. Other than seeing them they have no other affect.

    They suck just like billboards. They should only be in remote places: the ocean, a desert, etc. The real problem is when they are near homes. That is wrong for the neighborhood.
