James “Snake” Robertson was elected as the incoming President of the Allegany County Chamber of Commerce during Thursday afternoon’s annual business meeting at the Cumberland Country Club. Robertson will succeed Stacey Bingaman who has served in the post this year. Maureen Brewer was elected as First Vice Chair; and Jeremy Irons as Second Vice Chair. In looking back at the year for the Chamber, Executive Director Stu Czapski said he was most satisfied with the cooperation that has developed with both Allegany County and the city of Cumberland in regards to economic development…
