Animal Shelter Receives License, Closer to Spay/Neuter Capabilities

The Cumberland Times-News reports the Allegany County Animal Shelter recently received its Drug Enforcement Administration license, the final step in being able to spay/neuter animals and perform surgeries in its new veterinary clinic. Once the spay/neuter program has been established, the clinic will offer veterinary services to low-income individuals.
