National Night Out – Cumberland will be held on Tuesday, August 2 from 5 until 8 p.m. on Somerville Ave in Cumberland (between Oldtown Road and Industrial Blvd.) near the Salvation Army. Everyone is invited to join the community on America's National Night Out against crime for an evening of food, music, learning, sharing, games and lots of fun. We need you help this year. Contact Cumberland's NNO coordinator Terri Hast – 301-759-6517, terri.hast@cumberlandmd.gov to see how you can help or what you can do to make this year's National Night Out successful. We need vendors/tables, business giveaways, promotions, prizes, food, drinks, crafts, games, various talents and more. The Neighborhood Advisory Commission, City of Cumberland Police Department and many partners throughout the community make this event possible. MD State Police and Allegany County Sheriff's Dept. will also be hosting an event at the Country Club Mall 6-9 p.m. Save the Date! August 2, 2016.
