Just two days before a scheduled appearance in Maryland by the President-elect, the new Baltimore City Council took its first official vote unanimously approving a measure critical of Donald Trump. The council has eight new members, and it was one of them–freshman 3rd district Councilman Ryan Dorsey–who sponsored the measure. He said the statements the Republican made on the campaign trail and since Election Day don't reflect Baltimore's values.
