Baltimore Man Sentenced With Distributing Drugs In Allegany County

The Office of the State’s Attorney for Allegany County, Maryland, Michael O. Twigg, State’s Attorney, announced:

On Wednesday, June 8, 2016 the Honorable W. Timothy Finan, Judge of the Circuit Court for Allegany County, Maryland, sentenced Joseph Lee Osborne, Jr., 32, of Baltimore, Maryland, to thirteen (13) years actual incarceration within the Division of Corrections. The sentence was the result of a trial held on June 8, 2016, in which Osborne was found guilty, by a jury of his peers of, Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine, Possession of Heroin, and Possession of Oxycodone.

Prosecuting the case for the State was Assistant State’s Attorney Samuel Lane; Mr. Osborne was represented by G.V. McKinley, Esq.
