A robbery was reported at the 1st United Bank in Piedmont early Monday afternoon. Mineral County Sheriff’s Department and Keyser Police Department responded to the incident that occurred at about 1:30 p.m. Initial reports indicated a suspect described as a white man in his 60s and of small build robbed the bank and then fled.
