The Cumberland Times News reports a Claysburg man was found dead Tuesday afternoon when Pennsylvania State Police responded to a domestic complaint at a Kimmel Township residence. David Glenn Focht, 74, died of a gunshot wound at the scene of the 2:35 p.m. incident on Mountain Penny Lane. Police had responded there to investigate a domestic incident between Focht and his wife, according to Trooper Mark A. Hoover.

Focht suffered a single gunshot wound to his torso, police said.

A news release issued by police didn't say whether anyone had been charged in the incident.

An autopsy was scheduled Wednesday to determine the cause and manner of death.
