On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a fugitive warrant on Robert Wilson Ware. Ware was wanted through the state of Pennsylvania on charges of burglary and assault. Mr. Ware was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial appearance and ordered held without bail pending extradition to Pennsylvania.
