Warrant Arrest On August 2, 2017 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on William Wesley Blacker. The warrant charges Blacker with failing to appear for court on July 14, 2017. Blacker was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court. On August 2, 2017 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failing to Follow Conditions of Probation on Natalie Ann Pensinger. Pensinger was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing where she was ordered to be held without bond. She was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await her next appearance in District Court. On August 2, 2017 the Cumberland Police arrested Bernard Shelley Atkins for having two out of state warrants issued for his arrest. The warrants were from Harrisburg, PA, for violation of parole. Atkins was held without bond and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await extradition to Pennsylvania. On August 2, 2017 the Cumberland Police served seven Bench Warrants for Failure to Appear on Roy Lee Jenkins, Jr. All warrants were failure to appear warrants for trespassing charges from Washington County, Maryland. Jenkins was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was held on a total of $1400. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center pending trial in District Court in Washtington County. On August 2, 2017 the Cumberland Police responded to a business on Canal Street for a theft complaint. When police arrived they learned Allyson Rachel-Isaac McDaniel and Sean Michael Hanekamp had been eating at the restaurant and left without paying for the bill. They were located and placed under arrest without incident. Both were issued criminal citations for Theft under $100 and released pending trial in District Court. On August 2, 2017 the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear on Jessica Domini Durham. The warrant charges Durham with failing to appear for court on July 24, 2017. Durham was arrested and taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance pending trial in District Court. Arrested: Jessica Domini Durham, age: 32, Cumberland, MD Charges: Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear

Cumberland Police arrested two subjects during unrelated calls for service.  First officers responded to a S. Central Avenue address for a request for officer and located Stacy Marie Watkins on the property.  Watkins was taken into custody without incident for an outstanding bench warrant.  She was taken before a District Court Commissioner where she was held on a $500.00 bond. 

Officers also responded to a Race Street residence for a report of a disturbance.  At this location officers located Robert Lawrence Hoyer who also had an outstanding warrant.  Hoyer was transported to the District Court Commissioner’s office where he was released pending trial.
