Police have arrested a man for allegedly stealing from caskets at a cemetery in Berkeley County. David Paul Bowers, 24 of Hedgesville, and two other men broke into the mausoleums Thursday at the Rosedale Cemetery in Martinsburg. Police say they tried to steal jewelry from the bodies. Bowers has been charged with destruction of property and displacement of a body.
