To celebrate the re-opening of the South Cumberland Library, the Allegany County Library System will hold a community block party September 15 from 5:30 to 9:00 p.m. The celebration will feature a carnival with children’s activities, including a moon bounce, Velcro wall, radar pitch, T-ball, bungee run, whale slide, sno-cones, cotton candy, tic-tac-toe and Plinko game.
