Allegany County 911 dispatched units to the Bloomington Wall on Route 135 for a tractor trailer accident at 2:30 AM Saturday.
In addition to fire and rescue units, a hazardous materials response team was summoned.
Law enforcement and the Maryland State Highway Administration were also dispatched.
