Board member Foote believes he was slighted

Allegany County Board of Education member Wayne Foote, on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” last week, said that he was not asked to join his fellow board members at the Thursday night meeting of the County Commissioners to discuss the new Allegany High School project. Although Foote suggests the other board members made the decision to attend and failed to invite him, that isn’t the case according to the rest of the board. Board President Nick Hadley tells WCBC News that  at the school board’s October 13th meeting, there was public discussion about the idea of members attending the next meeting of the commissioners to voice support for funding the project. He also noted that while  there was no formal decision or action taken at that session  to attend the commissioners meeting as a board, there was a  concensus reached to do so….
