Following through on a campaign pledge, Allegany County Board of Education member Wayne Foote will conduct another in a series town hall meetings on Thursday evening. This session will feature comments from school board members-elect Lorelee Farrell and Tammy Fraley. The event will be a town hall style meeting to allow the public to participate in a discussion of current topics impacting the public school system. The meeting will be at New Covenant United Methodist Church, 1709 Frederick St., at 6:30 p.m. Foote, who was elected in 2014, said he invites citizens to attend and discuss concerns they may have with the educational system in the county…
