Maryland’s Board of Public Works will vote on funding at its December 4 meeting for improvements to the Bel Air Community Recreation Complex.  Open Space funding of just under $53,000 is being recommended for improvements including playground equipment, new batting cages, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts, and other amenities.
