Divers have recovered the body of a Silver Spring man who died while swimming at Swallow Falls State Park in Garrett County Sunday.
24 year old Giancarlo Garcia went underwater in a strong current during the 3 PM hour.
Garcia's body was recovered this morning, and has been taken to Baltimore for an autopsy.
