The Allegany County Board of Education made it official Tuesday night- accepting the low bid of Leonard Fiori company out of Altoona to construct the new Allegany High School project. Bids came in last month. The board vote was 4-0 with board member Wayne Foote choosing to abstain, as he has expressed a number of concerns with the project.
