The six candidates for the Allegany County Board of Education participated in a candidate forum Wednesday night on WCBC Radio. Three seats will be filled in the November 3 general election. One topic of discussion was the position of superintendent of schools. Jeff Blank is now in his second year with the title of interim superintendent. Board president Tammy Fraley said Blank and his staff are not adequately communicating with the public regarding COVID-19 plans and returning to the classroom….
