The Cumberland Police Department is actively investigating a breaking and entering complaint which was reported on Thursday, November 14, 2013 at approximately 11:00 a.m. The breaking and entering took place at a residence located in the 200 block of Cumberland Street. The resident stated that this incident happened sometime between October 31, 2013 and November 7, 2013. During that time period the resident was out of town. Entry was made through an unlocked front door. Unknown subjects stole two handguns, two bottles of prescription medication, and approximately $60.00 in coins.
