7:40 PM UPDATE:
Bedford Road has been reopened to traffic.
INITIAL REPORT: 7:10 PM:
Allegany County 911 is reporting that a vehicle accident has occurred on Bedford Road near Lindy's Restaurant that has blocked both lanes of traffic in that locale.
Police, fire and EMS are on the scene.
