District 1B Delegate Jason Buckel tells WCBC News that he’s alarmed that Attorney General Brian Frosh is heavily involved in the lawsuit over whether Maryland should be forced to redraw their election district maps. Buckel says Frosh himself is directing fellow Democrats Senate President Mike Miller and House Speaker Michael Busch whether to answer questions during depositions…
Republicans contend that the district lines were drawn to insure the 6th District that represents Western Maryland would elect a Democrat.
