District 1B Delegate Elect Jason Buckel will meet with Canal Place Preservation and Development Authority Chairman Rick Thayer and Footer Dye Works building developer Michael Joy on Friday. Buckel wants to know what else might be needed for the Footer project, but told Cumberland officials Monday that he’d like to know what Canal Place actually is:
