On Tuesday troopers from the McHenry Barracks responded to the Friendsville Pharmacy regarding a reported burglary. It was determined that an unknown male suspect attempted to gain entry to the pharmacy via the front door and after an unsuccessful attempt, was able to gain entry to the building by breaking the glass of a side window of the building. The main area of the pharmacy was not able to be entered by the suspect. Damage was sustained to building during the incident.
The suspect is described as a male, small-medium build, wearing camouflage shorts, a dark colored long sleeve shirt, a knit hat and a handkerchief/bandanna over the face.
